For fastest and most efficient bar descaling, 4 turbines are located around the bars, while 9 bars pass through the machine body. Number of turbines and the applied powers are defined according to customer’s production capacity. A pack of bars are placed on the loading stand, 9 of which are automatically lined next to each other on the inlet roller conveyor. The 9 bars, which are shotblasted in SA2,5 quality, are automatically unloaded to the storage stand.
