Blast Room Shotblastıng PRODUCT VIDEOS

Usage areas

Surface cleaning, rust removal and roughening of large workpieces that don’t fit into an automatic shotblasting machine or workpieces where automatic blasting would be too expensive

Dimensions of the blast room is defined according to customer’s workpiece dimensions. The operator works inside the blast room by pointing the nozzle, which blasts abrasive, onto the workpiece. A protective helmet and a half body suit protect the operator from abrasive impact, and a fresh air supply provides sufficient ventilation through the blaster‘s helmet. By means of our special air circulation design, air inside the blast room is free of dust for both operator’s health safety and efficient shotblasting. Operator shot blasts the bottom of the product from the bottom blasting channel under the floor of the blast room. So, there is no need to rotate large workpieces upside down to shot blast their bottom. There are two automatic platforms moving up & down and right & left on both of the long walls of the blast room. For high efficiency, 3 operators can shotblast at the same time: 2 of them standing on the two automatic platforms and the 3rd one working from the bottom blasting channel.
